This role entails end-to-end obsession of the Training footwear line. Your mission is to translate athlete insights and market data into a cohesive, commercially successful product that aligns with the larger Training strategy at On. From briefing, to market insights, to color stories, to sales pitches this role covers it all. The role also entails strategic collaboration across apparel and other key verticals that are critical to the success of the product line.The Sr. Specialist role reports to the Senior Lead of Training on the Global Product Strategy team.
The Footwear Product Strategy team sits at the intersection of all product creation functions, steering the product identity, viability, and commercial success of our collections. We balance innovation, technical excellence, and consumer needs to deliver products that strengthen brand desirability.As the Product Management team, we’re responsible for managing product creation to facilitate go to market efforts; concept to consumer. Our cross functional interaction is driven by a consumer-focused mindset to ensure we create a product line that sells in and through.
