Service Sales & Sales Support Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive sales and manage customer relationships for 2-stroke engine spare parts, long-term service agreements (LTSA), and field service activities including drydock projects and major overhauls
Develop and execute sales strategies for spare parts, LTSA, and field service solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and shipyards
Identify customer needs and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and service execution
Oversee and support field service projects such as drydock repairs, overhauls, and upgrades
Negotiate contracts and secure profitable, sustainable business
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marine engine service sales, ideally in the 2-stroke sector
Strong technical understanding of marine propulsion systems
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a global environment
Willingness to travel internationally
