Service Sales & Sales Support Manager

• We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive sales and manage customer relationships for 2-stroke engine spare parts, long-term service agreements (LTSA), and field service activities including drydock projects and major overhauls
• Develop and execute sales strategies for spare parts, LTSA, and field service solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and shipyards
• Identify customer needs and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and service execution
• Oversee and support field service projects such as drydock repairs, overhauls, and upgrades
• Negotiate contracts and secure profitable, sustainable business
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marine engine service sales, ideally in the 2-stroke sector
• Strong technical understanding of marine propulsion systems
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a global environment
• Willingness to travel internationally
