Design, develop, and configure

Implement

• ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and applications
• Develop and maintain
• Customize and script
• to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring best practices and compliance
• Maintain and optimize
• issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• and training to internal teams and end-users
• Provide technical guidance
• on new ServiceNow features and enhancements to drive innovation within the organization

ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server

• Experience in developing
• with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks is preferred
• Fluent in German is mandatory for location Zurich, Bern or Basel
