We are looking for to design, develop, and implement advanced SharePoint solutions that support business needs and drive digital transformation. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint development, architecture, and integration with related technologies. The candidate should be a technical leader capable of mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy advanced SharePoint solutions (Online and On-Premises)
• Develop and customize workflows, automations, and integrations
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance, and security best practices
• Lead technical discussions and decision-making on architecture and solution design
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

3+ years of hands-on SharePoint development/administration (Online/On-Premises)

• Proficiency in
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, .NET, JavaScript
• Strong background in solution architecture, security, governance, and compliance
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
