We are seeking an experienced to lead and develop our SharePoint Development Team. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions that enhance collaboration and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of SharePoint technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the SharePoint development team
• Manage project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Oversee solution quality, adherence to governance, and best practices
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development initiatives
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and growth-oriented culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years managing technical teams or projects
• Strong understanding of SharePoint and related technologies (hands-on development not required)
• Proven leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Experience in project planning and stakeholder engagement
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
