During an 18-month journey, you will work in four different departments - one of them as an international assignment in Poland or Spain.

What You Will Do
- You will spend your first placement in the Structured Products Sales & CONNEXOR department within the Exchange business unit.
- In this team you will understand our offering across different types of clients and support the sales and product team in client reports, presentations, analysis and strategic work to drive business growth.
- You choose the remaining three rotations yourself: whether in the stock exchange, banking services, securities services, or financial information, as long as they are within the scope of your specialization.
- You will enhance your profile in business development and sales at SIX through on- and off-the-job training.
- You will receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging their experience to support your learning and development.
What You Bring
- Completed or soon-to-be-completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (by summer), preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field, from a university or university of applied sciences.
- Initial relevant work experience, for example through internships or a working student position.
- Coding skills are a plus, particularly in the area of data analysis.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, with the ability to understand and resolve complex issues.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to support others and find solutions, combined with the motivation to continuously develop new skills and a positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
- Very good written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a strong asset.
