      Social Media Manager

      We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager with proven expertise to lead and execute Baume & Mercier's social media strategy. This pivotal role defines the overarching organic and paid digital media strategy, drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, and directly manages our social media channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring our brand maintains a leading and innovative presence in the digital luxury landscape

      I. Social Media Strategy & Vision:

      • Develop and define the comprehensive organic and paid social media strategy, aligning with brand marketing objectives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Product, Advocacy/PR, Artistic Direction) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign execution across all digital touchpoints
      • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive organic and paid social media strategies to drive growth, engagement, and achieve optimal ROI
      • Identify target audiences and develop tailored content and campaign strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
      • Manage the social media content calendar
      • Oversee planning, execution & optimization (budget, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative) for paid campaigns
      • Directly manage social media accounts, foster community engagement, and ensure timely and accurate execution of all digital media campaigns to meet defined KPIs
      • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to ensure an innovative and relevant approach
      • Define KPIs for organic and paid social media activities, establish reporting mechanisms, and regularly monitor channels for trends and performance
      • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders

      Skills & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in social/digital media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
      • 5 - 7 years in digital marketing, with 3-5 years focused on social media strategy and management, preferably within luxury, fashion or beauty
      • Proven track record in developing and executing successful organic and paid social media strategies that drive measurable results
      • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager)
      • Demonstrated experience in community management
      • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms
      • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice
      • Proactive, curious, entrepreneurial and eager to make a difference
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
      • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g. French, Italian, Arabic) are a significant advantage
