Job Description
Have knowledge of all of the units and services in the Spa & Gym Centre
Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description
Perform duties according to the practices and operational standards identified by the Spa Manager
Approach guests in a friendly and respectful manner
Welcome spa guests, introduce them to the Spa Centre and provide sufficient information about the services offered
Have excellent knowledge of the human anatomy and pay attention to this during applications
Carry out activities and practices aimed at increasing sales
Responsible for procuring and ensuring availability of all care, cleaning and other supplies related to the massage rooms
Check the massage room before admitting guests and ensure that the lighting and volume are at the desired level
To fully comply with the duration of the service offered, ensuring that the service is neither shorter nor longer than it should be, and adhere to the standard operating instructions
Punctually greet the guest that will receive services at the reception or place instructed by the reception and accompany the guest to the massage room in a respectful manner
See guests out in the same respectful manner after the service is delivered
Have good knowledge of the contents of all cosmetics used
Continuously control the product stock and consumption levels and inform the Spa Manager beforehand for product purchase orders
Report to the Spa Manager any guest complaints and requests related to practical errors or the information provided during product and massage applications, sales and while explaining the services
Qualifications
University degree in a related discipline preferred
Preferably luxury brand experience in a similar position
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to work within a team
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Language
