Ihre Aufgaben

• Validating and reporting on laboratory medical analyses in the field of hematology
• Explaining result and Providing laboratory medical counseling for customers (hospitals, clinics, general practioners, etc.)
• Co-managing a broad spectrum of hematology analyses with the opportunity to specialize further in one or more areas : routine analytics, flow cytometry, special coagulation, immunohematology, emergency analytics/blood bank in our hospital laboratories
• Evaluating, introducing, monitoring, and validating new laboratory testing procedures
• Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective services
• Maintaining and developing scientifically-based analytics in an accredited laboratory
• Collaborating with the laboratory manager, marketing, and management
• Actively participating in training and continuing education

Was Sie mitbringen

• Completed FAMH training as a specialist in laboratory medicine with a focus on hematology
• Additional FAMH and/or FMH training is an advantage
• Communicative personality with strong social skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate constructively
• Dynamic personality with a scientific interest
• Excellent German or French skills, good knowledge of English
