      As a Specialist Professional Education (f/m/d), you will manage contract administration and perform ad-hoc analyses to support departmental efficiency. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, reconciling invoices, and coordinating resources for training events in compliance with guidelines.       Responsibilities:

      • Administrative processing of contracts and agreements with a certain level of complexity
      • (e.g., quarterly analysis of HCP fees compared to ANA forecast, including identification of deviations) and leading sub-processes to improve efficiency within the department
      • Execution of ad-hoc analyses
      • as well as reconciliation of invoices to optimize budget efficiency at a medium complexity level
      • Preparation and continuous improvement of reports
      • (e.g., proctors, HCPs) to provide resources for training and/or educational events
      • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
      • in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines
      • Logistical support for HCPs

      Preferred Requirements:

      • Completed vocational training with a commercial focus or a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
      • Initial professional experience in the areas of professional education, contract management, and/or data analysis is desirable
      • Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry is an advantage
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal competence
      • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
      • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
      • Fluent in English
      • We offer flexibility! This position can be filled either full-time or part-time, depending on individual arrangements and business needs. The role is limited until 31.01.2027. A transition to a permanent position is possible based on project development and individual suitability
