Are you passionate about education and coordination? Swiss Exams is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to strengthen our Exam Operations Team as a Staff Coordinator .
Your tasks
- Planning and coordination of the monthly audit schedule for approximately 200 audit staff throughout Switzerland.
- Forecasting the need for audit staff
- Supporting your colleagues with recruitment and training, and preparing staff newsletters
- Preparation and monitoring of monthly salary payments for the audit staff
- Quality standard check on the day of the test.
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship with experience / higher vocational school / university of applied sciences or equivalent
- Fluent English AND German language skills (level C1, verifiable ) are mandatory.
- Experience in project management/administration is an advantage.
- Excellent IT user skills (MS Office programs, 365 etc.)
- Independent work style and ability to coordinate multiple priorities under pressure.
