Your Mission:

Build and maintain a strategic 4-year plan, including detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports and ensure a well-structured, up-to-date data room.

Support equity and debt financing processes, including due diligence, offer evaluation, and contract negotiations.

Prepare and follow up on Townhalls, Leadership and Board meetings.

Track KPIs, derive actionable market insights, and monitor competitors to guide strategic decisions.

Develop decision-making materials for executive leadership.

You:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.

Bring 2–3 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.

Show strong skills in Financial Modelling and are proficient in Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).

Have demonstrated a track record of exceptional performance, whether in sports, your professional career or other demanding circumstances.

Demonstrate an analytical mindset and the ability to distill complex data into clear communication.

Show a proven “get-things-done” mentality, with persistence, attention to detail, and independence.

Command full professional proficiency in English and German.
