We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as This key role supports both our Athletics and Student Life programmes, ensuring smooth support of events, tournaments, and student activities. Reporting to the Director of Student Life, you will be instrumental in helping students thrive through well-run programmes, efficient communication, and meaningful experiences

Student Life (20%)

• Manage weekly communications and reminders to families and staff
• Support planning and logistics for assemblies, student workshops, and events
• Maintain up-to-date Student Life calendars and digital noticeboards
• Coordinate content for weekly bulletins and internal announcements
• Provide administrative support for ICS Athletics, including sports calendars and fixtures
• Organise logistics for national and international tournaments (transport, bookings, equipment)
• Coordinate the Homestay Programme in collaboration with the Parents Association
• Support communications and social media content for Athletics
• Liaise with vendors, referees, and medical support providers

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong communication skills in English and German (French/Italian a plus)
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience working in school or sports environments preferred
• Comfortable using digital tools, calendars, and content systems
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
