      The Summer Program Coordinator will ensure exceptional program delivery by managing day-to-day operations, leading a high-performing team, and cultivating an inspiring learning environment. This role requires expertise in coordination, operational oversight, and the ability to foster meaningful experiences for diverse age groups.

      Profile

      Leadership experience in the education sector, ideally in a residential school setting, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
      Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies and practices.
      Proven track record in day-to-day leadership and program management.
      Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build professional relationships. The ability to speak French would be an advantage but is not essential.
      Advanced organizational skills, including budget management, progress monitoring, and creative problem-solving under pressure.
      Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
      Commitment to Les Roches' mission and values, with a passion for providing exceptional educational experiences for international students.
      Willingness and adaptability to be actively involved in the operational and logistical aspects of the program.
      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility when addressing challenges.
