• As , you’ll support the Assistant Director of B&F in overseeing Breakfast, Banquets, and In-Room Dining during the morning and our Restaurants during the evening— ensuring that every detail reflects the elevated standards and original concept behind the W experience

Venue Supervisor (Morning & Evening)

• This is a hands-on, guest-facing position where your presence on the floor makes a real difference. From fine-tuning service flow to guiding and inspiring your team, your leadership will help shape a smooth, stylish, and unforgettable guest journey
• You'll be responsible for:
• Coordinating daily operations across venues
• Upholding grooming and service standards with precision
• Coaching and supporting your team of Talents
• Maintaining strong guest relationships and encouraging feedback
• Contributing to the ongoing evolution of service excellence
