To ensure that suppliers consistently meet company quality standards, and regulatory obligations by managing supplier inspections, audits, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement across the supply base
Establish and maintain supplier quality requirements, standards, specifications, and monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards
Plan and conduct supplier-site inspections, including material, process, first article, and pre-shipment inspections, primarily across Europe
Plan, conduct on-site supplier quality audit, evaluate supplier QMS system and report findings
Participate in continuous improvement of WinGD’s supplier quality management system
Identify supplier quality issues, lead or support root cause analysis, and manage corrective actions through effective follow-up and closure
Ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions through verification activities such as follow-up audits and inspections
Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and reduce defects
Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and re-qualification activities
Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Warehouse & Logistics teams to address supplier quality issues and mitigate risks
Prepare, maintain, and present supplier quality documentation, reports, and performance reviews in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and internal quality systems
ualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related field
5 years of experience in supplier quality management, quality assurance and SCM
Strong knowledge of supplier audits, inspections, and CA processes
Experience working with external suppliers and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of SAP
Readiness to Travel
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Effective communication and supplier management skills
Fluent English in speaking and writing
