Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine and love creating dishes that tickle the taste buds? At W Verbier, we're looking for our future sushi rockstar to join our dynamic team. If you have a flair for detail and are ready to take on a challenge while igniting the curiosity of our customers, we want to meet you!
As a you'll be helping the Sushi Chef make delicious Japanese dishes. This includes cleaning and cutting meat and fish, preparing seafood, as well as cooking, frying, assembling and seasoning dishes. You will warmly welcome our customers and present your culinary creations in an elegant and appetising manner
PROFILE
Previous experience in a similar position or in Japanese cuisine
A genuine interest in the Japanese / sushi world
Previous experience in the kitchen of a 5* hotel
Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Fluent French and English/Spanish
You should be highly motivated
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
Position to be filled for the Winter season : December 2026 to March 2027
