Our client is a well-established yet fast-growing company based in Zürich. To support their continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Researcher / Sourcer to join their TA team as soon as possible for an initial 6-month engagement, with a focus on corporate functions.

Proven experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong generalist capability across multiple functional domains
Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive talent
Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS/CRM systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
