      About Our Client

      Our client is a well-established yet fast-growing company based in Zürich. To support their continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Researcher / Sourcer to join their TA team as soon as possible for an initial 6-month engagement, with a focus on corporate functions.

      Job Description

      Talent Research & Pipeline Generation

      • Conduct in-depth market research to identify, map, and segment talent pools across Global Functions
      • Build and maintain proactive pipelines to support both current and future hiring demand
      • Leverage advanced sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates
      • Ensure high-quality data management and accurate documentation within TA systems

      Candidate Identification & Engagement

      • Lead targeted outreach to prospective candidates, assessing interest and fit at an early stage
      • Act as a strong ambassador for the client, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience
      • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential talent

      Market & Talent Insights

      • Provide structured insights on talent landscapes, competitor activity, and functional market trends
      • Equip TA Partners with data-driven recommendations to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions

      Collaboration & Handover

      • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on priorities and talent needs
      • Deliver structured, high-quality candidate handovers for further assessment
      • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing methodologies and TA best practices

      The Successful Applicant

      • Proven experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment (in-house or agency)

        Strong generalist capability across multiple functional domains

        Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive talent

        Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS/CRM systems

        Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

        Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
