The opportunity

• We're looking for a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to help shape the future of how Talent technology and AI enhance the future of employee experience across a global organisation
• This is a newly focused role created to connect and align AI-driven initiatives across Talent systems, Enterprise platforms, and supporting functions. As AI capabilities continue to evolve, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring solutions work together seamlessly, deliver a consistent employee experience, and support a unified Talent ecosystem
• You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business transformation, partnering with stakeholders across Talent and Enterprise Technology teams to identify opportunities, prioritise investments, and drive successful outcomes
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities
• Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
• Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong product ownership or product management experience within complex enterprise environments
• Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities in enterprise settings
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing clarity, structure, and momentum
• Have experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Adobe
• Understand Talent, HR, and employee experience technologies and processes
• Bring experience working in global transformation or large-scale technology programmes
