Join our Tax Transformation Consulting team as a consultant, where you will help clients design and implement practical technology solutions for tax compliance, reporting, accounting and advisory challenges.

In this role, you will contribute to (global) engagements, and together with our broader tax advisory teams, provide international organisations with leading services on global tax compliance, tax accounting and tax advisory – ultimately enabling our clients to successfully navigate the changing Swiss and international tax landscape.

How you can make an impact

• Contribute to client engagements from day one, working with tax, technology and business teams to deliver practical solutions across industries.
• Support go-to-market activities and tax technology watch by translating emerging trends into relevant client insights.
• Build a clear, long-term career path through professional training, mentoring and targeted support for relevant tax technology qualifications.
• Help clients transform tax processes for the digital age by designing and implementing clear, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
• Contribute to advisory work on tax operating models, process improvement and tax risk management.

Who We Are Looking For 

• You are curious, collaborative and solution-oriented, with the confidence to take responsibility and work with clients in a respectful and structured way.
• You bring a strong interest in process design, project work and business topics, and you enjoy developing new perspectives together with multidisciplinary teams.
• You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in science, IT/technology engineering or economics and can demonstrate your technology savviness and interest in tax matters.
• You have gained relevant experience through internships, student work or first professional roles in consulting, tax, technology, analytics or process transformation.
• You communicate confidently in English; German or French and experience in business process mapping, tax technology solutions, data management, reporting or analytics are an advantage.
