We are looking for a conscientious and organized team-player to help coordinate and manage large cross-border client engagements. You would be working directly on a daily basis with our client-facing team in Zurich, as well as with KPMG local teams and third party service providers across the world

Team Coordinator – Financial Services Tax

Your contribution to KPMG

• Support the client-facing teams (Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, Managers and Senior Consultants) with the organization and management of large cross-border tax engagements
• Liaising with KPMG local teams and third-party service providers across the world on a daily basis, to ensure all tasks and deadlines are timely completed
• Maintain and update our global tax technology tool (no previous technology experience is required; full training will be provided)
• Monitoring and maintenance of engagement budgets for cross-border financial services tax projects
• Support the application of KPMG's internal risk management, quality and independence procedures

This is what makes you successful

• Business qualification or equivalent training, ideally with an interest in tax
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential; German is a benefit but not essential
• A conscientious, team-oriented and reliable individual with a meticulous and proactive approach to work
