As Team Lead R&D – Hot & Cold-Water Control, you will take charge of a skilled R&D team, drive innovation, and ensure our product portfolio stays ahead of market needs. This is your opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership and contribute to projects that make a global impact.

      Your tasks:

      • Lead, coach, and inspire an R&D team, fostering growth and performance
      • Drive product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines
      • Improve and expand the existing product portfolio in line with market and regulatory requirements
      • Collaborate across departments and act as a deputy to the Senior Director R&D on strategic topics
      • Support innovation, innovation process strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives

      Your profile:

      • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar)
      • Proven experience in leading teams and managing innovation projects
      • At least 8 years of experience in an R&D department, ideally in a similar industry
      • Strong strategic thinking and broad technical understanding of building technology and water control systems
      • Broad cross-functional knowledge (quality, production, marketing, sales) with familiarity in operations, supply chain, and product management
      • Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
      • Experience in digital product development is a plus
      • Fluency in German and English
      • Willingness to travel up to 10%
