How you'll make an impact

• Lead and develop the production planning and operational purchasing team
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule with production planners and analyse production capacity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scheduling data
• Establish accurate delivery dates with the fulfillment team
• Ensure MRP exception messages are read and managed
• Incorporate demand forecasts into scheduling and establish and track KPIs for master plan adherence
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• As People Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your background

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administrations, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning & fulfillment, supply chain management or operations management, in a leadership position
• Strong analytical skills to assess production capacity and inventory levels
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills
