Your responsibilities

Experimental work:
Isolation of genomic DNA and genotyping PCR
Preparation of buffers, media, sterilization of materials
Cell culture work (optional)
Microbiological work for cloning
Immunhistochemistry of tissue sections (optional)

Organisational work:
Ordering of laboratory materials
Organization of technical service or repair of laboratory equipment
