      • We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Urology team, where you’ll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cutting‑edge technology, and make a real impact to patient lives
      • Own and execute strategic territory plans to consistently deliver revenue targets, grow market share, and build a sustainable Endoscopy business
      • Act as a trusted partner to clinicians and hospital stakeholders by leveraging deep product expertise, market insights, and collaborative engagement—while representing Boston Scientific’s values and integrity
      • Complete a structured training program and comprehensive onboarding, apply learning in the field, and maintain a high level of product, technical, clinical, and market knowledge on an ongoing basis
      • Contribute to meaningful, life‑changing innovations that improve patient outcomes , 🔹 Partner with cross‑functional, high performing teams in a fast-paced environment

      What we’re looking for:

      • We’re looking for a commercially astute and clinically confident professional who thrives in an agile environment:
      • Experience in Urology medical device sales is highly regarded
      • Ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships and quickly develop clinical and product expertise
      • Results‑driven professional with a growth mindset – naturally curious, committed to continuous learning and effective at communicating, prioritising and working both autonomously and within high‑performing teams
