Your tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end testing activities globally, ensuring a smooth migration of financial messaging capabilities
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and defect management
• Validate messaging flows across interconnected systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Document integration and system testing in regulated environments
• Utilise test tools such as Xray and manage testing documentation

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven test management experience in IT transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of financial messaging systems and processes (e.g. SWIFT, ISO 20022)
• Hands-on experience with test tools and methodologies
• Language skills: English, German
• Your soft skills:
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical approach
