Therapeutic Area Lead, Hematology, Switzerland Marketing Company
Are you ready to shape how cutting-edge hematology innovations reach patients in Switzerland? In this senior role based in Baar, you will lead and own the medical strategy and execution for a dynamic hemato-oncology portfolio, ensuring that robust evidence and scientific insight translate into practice that benefits patients.
You will partner across functions and with external experts to ready the healthcare system for CAR-T and advanced therapies, influence standards of care, and enable timely access. Will you bring the vision and rigor to turn data into decisions that change the patient journey? Join a team that moves quickly from evidence to impact, and from strategy to measurable outcomes.
Missions:
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
Essential requirements:
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Prior experience as a Therapeutic Area Lead or in a comparable senior medical role
• Experience working with Swiss hematology centers, CAR-T/transplant centers, and academic networks
Why AstraZeneca:
