A job that matters: your tasks

• Lead and manage network transfer projects within the S4G transformation initiative, coaching and empowering cross-functional teams
• Define project scope, set priorities, and develop project plans, templates, checklists, and procedures
• Coordinate product transfers, ramp-ups, and shutdowns across production sites, ensuring quality, logistics, and regulatory compliance
• Facilitate end-to-end change control management within a dynamic supply chain environment
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among internal teams, suppliers, and subsidiaries
• Monitor KPIs, escalate risks, and provide timely updates to executive leadership
• Support decision-making, maintain business cases, and recommend project priorities aligned with the S4G strategy

An experience that matters: your skills

• 5+ years in progressive leadership roles, including 3-4+ years in project management
• 5+ years in manufacturing industries undergoing operational transformation
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and S&OP processes
• Advanced project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred experience in consulting, mechanical/electronic production technologies, and change management
• Proficient in MS Office and leading cross-functional teams
• High willingness to travel extensively across Europe
