• The Transition and Transformation Manager plays a key role in overseeing and managing the successful transition of services, processes, and technology to drive business transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of transition frameworks, change management principles, and transformation strategies to ensure seamless service migration and optimization. The position is responsible for defining and implementing transition methodologies, ensuring minimal disruption while maximizing efficiency and value for clients

Your Tasks:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth client onboarding, transition, and service delivery go-live
• Manage change and transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, systems, and services throughout the client lifecycle
• Lead transition and transformation projects, working cross-functionally to optimize global operations and enhance efficiency
• Oversee continuous process improvements in near-shore and off-shore delivery centers to drive cost-effectiveness and alignment
• Develop and execute transformation strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancements
• Create and manage project plans, ensuring successful completion, seamless handover, and accurate documentation
• Coordinate change management, communications, and training initiatives to support smooth adoption across stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and business alignment
• Support business development, including solution design, service implementation, and sales support
• Lead teams through complex transformations, fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvements
• Travel regularly within Europe to meet with clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management and business analysis
• University degree, ideally with certification in project management, Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or higher), or TQM
• Strong understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes and systems
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results under continuous change
• Strong communication skills, adapting to different audiences and business needs
• Proven leadership capabilities in guiding teams through transformation and transition challenges
• Collaborative team player who fosters an open and supportive environment
• High motivation for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
