• Experience in a service role with market-facing activities
• Preferably previous experience within the international insurance market
• Experience from the insurance industry
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English is a requirement
• You are proficient in working across multiple systems with both speed and accuracy. You handle multiple priorities and adapt effectively to change. Your proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service sets you apart. With high digital maturity and strong Excel skills, you are well-equipped for complex tasks. Additionally, you have a keen interest in continuously improving routines and processes
