• Champion Burckhardt Compression Group values and ethical leadership; ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
• Report on regional performance, opportunities and challenges to senior management, fostering open communication and collaboration

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior management role within the industrial/compression systems sector
• Extensive experience in sales, business development, and project / management in the EMEA region
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) a must; knowledge of other languages relevant to the EMEA
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive financial performance to meet targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the capacity to make sound decisions
