Job Description

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure all orders are communicated clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar teams
• Take accurate order, and serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards, while ensuring proper presentation and timing
• Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and proactively attend to requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience
• Liaise closely with F&B service and kitchen teams to ensure timely operations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area
• Support overall F&B operations to elevate the guest dining experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Waiter/ Waitress or in a guest-facing role within a five-star hotel or luxury resort
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Strong understanding of F&B service standards and dining etiquettes
