You will be responsible for resolving any customer complaints in a WOW manner. You will be responsible for the day's financial report as well as the hotel's newsletter. As during the day, you will welcome and take care of the check-in and check-out of the moment

Previous experience in a 5* hotel reception area, Fluent in French and English, a 3rd language is appreciated, You are highly motivated, Excellent communication skills, Real interests for the brand valeues W of taste, sound, body, scene and stance, Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
