Would you like to gain first work experience in a finance environment? Are you enjoying working in an international team and you are known for your communication skills, technical understanding and persistency to make an impact? Then, our Customer Support Team in the Business Unit Financial Information wants to hear from you! We are looking for a Working Student starting in August for a 12 months period, who supports us with different operational and customer facing tasks.

What You Will Do
- Customer facing dialogs with a direct reach into our customers organization.
- Supporting customers in the response to technical questions
- Engage customers to proactively execute and buy-in into a migration exercise.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Customer Support team.
What You Bring
- Current Bachelor or Master studies preferably in Business Informatics or in a similar field
- Strong communication skills to be applied in a customer facing role is a must, technical affinity with initial experience in IT related topics would be beneficial
- Team player with a proactive personality
- Quality conscious, highly motivated and service oriented
- Fluent in German and English is a requirement for this position, French and/or Italian would be an additional asset
