What you're going to do

• Are you looking to gain practical experience alongside your studies in an international and collaborative environment?
• As part of our Market Unit, you will support the Unit Board and Team Leads in various organizational and coordination activities. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, contribute to internal communication and events, and gain valuable insights into business operations and stakeholder management
• You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Supporting administrative and organizational activities across the Market Unit
• Coordinating meetings, workshops, team events, and offsites
• Preparing presentations, reports, surveys, and meeting documentation
• Supporting internal communication and information sharing
• Coordinating appointments, schedules, and logistical arrangements
• Assisting with Learning and Development activities
• Supporting office administration and workplace organization
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and collaboration within the unit

What we're looking for

• You are a proactive and reliable team player with a structured way of working and a passion for organization and coordination
• Availability to work on-site in Bern on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in a relevant field
• Initial professional or extracurricular experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Structured and reliable working style
• Service-oriented and hands-on mindset
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent German and good English skills (B2 or higher)
